Tomorrow: Live Music and a Cool Treat

This Saturday head over to Full Tilt Ice Cream in White Center for the Northwest Folklife Flavor Release Party from 12p.m.-2p.m.

With great music and delicious ice-cream, there’s no better way for you and your family to enjoy a Saturday! Full Tilt Ice Cream mixed the winning folk inspired ice cream: Clusters of Folk (horchata ice cream with clusters of granola and chocolate) which is premiering at the event. Also, 10% of all Clusters of Folk ice cream sold, benefits Folklife, so dish up!

The music starts at noon with The Not-Its!,  who are described as “unique in the realm of kids’ music: crunchy, rockin’ guitars combined with smooth, four-part harmonies, all nestled within perfectly crafted pop gems that just happen to be about every-day kid stuff (the first day of school, taking a bath).”

Next on the schedule is the powerpop five-piece band, Caulfield and his Magical Violin. Aimed at young people and beloved by listeners of all ages, “Caulfield and his Magical Violin writes songs that are frank, beautiful, and free of deceit.”

So come out, bring your family and eat some ice cream– we will supply the FREE entertainment!

See you all there!
