Earl Robinson fundraiser this Sunday!

Earl Robinson

Earl Robinson

Ever sung along to the famous labor song Joe Hill?  That’s one of local balladeer Earl Robinson’s songs.  Earl Robinson, if you don’t already know, was a prolific songwriter whose works have been covered by the likes of Paul Robeson, Frank Sinatra, and Peter, Paul & Mary, among others.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of his birth, some folks are putting together a showcase for the 2010 Northwest Folklife Festival.  You can help make it happen by going to the Earl Robinson High Tea fundraiser this Sunday!
